  • Project website – We design, develop and maintain the website in collaboration with the project coordinator and partners. Functionalities such as a secured member area with collaborative document management and event registration can be integrated.
  • Print material and online tools – We handle the design and production of print and online material such as posters, brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, online presentations, picture galleries, interactive infographics, timelines or newsfeed.
  • Videos – We provide support in creating and distributing project videos. To date, we have created explainer videos, visualised project information and recorded interviews.
  • Project meetings – We support the host of consortium meetings in the planning and organisation of the event. This includes the arrangements for the venue and logistics, the draft agenda and participant registration.
  • Stakeholder management – We identify important stakeholder groups and subsequently develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan for future cooperation.
  • Design resources and templates – We create a corporate design manual, including a logo, fonts and a colour-guide as well as templates for posters, slides, reports, minutes, deliverable and publication tracking based on your requirements.
